Please note that any violations of the following terms and conditions may result in the termination of your account. EMSGaming.com reserves the right to terminate a user account for reasons not specified in these terms and conditions if any form of account abuse or illegal activity is suspected.


User Accounts


User accounts are provided solely for team speak and game servers.

No more than one game server and one team speak server are to be run at a time on a user account.

User accounts may only use storage space for game servers. User account storage space is not to be used for FTP storage, web storage or the storage of anything other than game servers.

User accounts are not to be used for any illegal activity.

User accounts are not for resale. They are not to be rented, sold or leased by another hosting company.

Payment


All subscription payments are made through Paypal.

Payments must be made in full on or before their due date. Failure to provide full payment by the due date will result in the termination of the user account.

EMSGaming.com doesn’t support refunding. If you want to cancel your server, please do so before the next paypal subscription payment.

Game Server Files

EMSGaming.com will set up the game server using the default dedicated server files. Any changes such as the uploading of mods and other applications must be made by the user.

EMSGaming.com does not back up any changes made to the user account after initial installation. It is recommended that users back up any changes made after initial installation of the user account.

Game Server Connection


EMSGaming.com is not responsible for connection lose. On event of connection lose to a game server, please report the problem to an admin.

EMSGaming.com reserves the right to move game servers or change IP’s at any time at the discretion of the admins.

Correspondence with EMSGaming.com


Any type of inappropriate communication with an EMSGaming.com admin or forum moderator can result in a permanent ban.
